Upcoming Tournament: Kotei, Northwest Ohio, 5/30/2009

Saturday, May 30th, 2009, is the Northwest Ohio Kotei tournament at the Historic Commercial Building in Maumee, Ohio. Jeff is planning to attend this tournament in person — if you have cards you wish to pick up at the tournament, please place your orders by Friday, May 29th at 8pm CDT, and add a note that you wish to pick up your cards in person.

Pick-up orders are not charged shipping. If you pay in advance, any shipping charge will be refunded after your cards are delivered. If you pay on site, the shipping charge will be waived.

DocAngst.com will have cards available on site in Ohio (assuming everything goes as planned). In addition to the $1 Rare Binders, we will have premium rares and promos, UCP/Clan of the Month sealed packs, Crab and Dragon Temptations, Glory of the Empire rares, and Death at Koten — cards and graphic novels.

Newest Set: Death at Koten now in stock

Death at Koten is the name of the first graphic novel for the Legend of the Five Rings universe, and it is also the name of the first direct-to-player card set of the Celestial arc. Full text spoilers are online, and the expansion is fully stocked and ready for sale.

Please note that clan-aligned personalities are not available as individual singles at this time; instead, we are offering complete clan sets of personalities for a fixed price. In addition, we are selling copies of the graphic novel.

Death at Koten full text spoiler online

Death at Koten, the newest direct-to-player set, has been released. Due to a shipping error, we will not have singles for this set online until Monday, May 11th. However, full text spoilers are now available for this expansion. Images will follow at a later date.

On vacation 5/14-5/25

This site is in vacation mode from Thursday, May 14th, 2009 through Monday, May 25th, 2009. No orders will be shipped during that time period, although customers are welcome to place and pay for orders, which will ship starting on the Tuesday following the vacation period.

All orders placed and paid for by 8am CDT on May 14th will be shipped out before the start of the vacation. Please note, if you are planning on attending the Fort Worth Kotei on May 16th, Jeff will be there and can bring orders in person if they are placed within the constraints above. (This will be detailed in a separate announcement.)
