Buying Temptation foil sets

If you are a player with a Crab or Mantis membership in the Imperial Assembly, and you have taken advantage of the “Temptation” offer to purchase the foil SE common set from AEG, and you aren’t interested in keeping it, please contact us. Intact sets (all 110 cards) will be accorded more interest than partial sets.

Negotiations can be made for store credit, cash (PayPal) payment, or some form of trade. Your shipping will be covered. It is more useful if you start with an offer and are willing to negotiate; having an idea of your target makes it easier to determine if we will be able to reach an agreement.

Last-minute restock for GenCon

We’ve made a minor restock to some key cards from Khan’s Defiance, The Truest Test, and Samurai Edition. Orders can be shipped via Priority Mail or Express Mail to domestic addresses if placed and paid quickly; depending on when you order, we can ship tomorrow (Saturday 8/11) or Monday (8/13). If you need cards for GenCon, we can provide expedited shipping for you.

Samurai Edition ready to order for summer tournaments!

Samurai Edition cards are now in stock and ready for you to order. For domestic customers, we offer Priority Mail and Express Mail options in addition to normal First Class. For international customers, our expedited shipping options are not built into the site, but if you have any such needs, feel free to contact us ahead of time.

The first major Samurai Legal L5R tournament will be the Test of the Emerald Champion at GenCon Indianapolis (Aug. 16-19), so order now to ensure you get your cards in time. Also at GenCon Indy will be the final major Lotus Legal tournament, The Mad Dragon, where players will decide the final fate of the tattooed prophet Kokujin, so if you need some final Lotus cards for that, chances are you can find them here.

At the end of the month, there are two more Samurai Legal events which count for the Race for the Throne “mega-game.” GenCon UK (Berkshire, England, Aug. 30 – Sept. 2) hosts the A Moment of Brilliance storyline tournament, while DragonCon (Atlanta, Georgia, Aug. 31 – Sept. 3) hosts the Festival of the Sea Dragon storyline tournament.
