Jeff will be in attendance at the Labor Day weekend L5R tournament run by Bob Yager at MAGECon South in South Sioux City, Nebraska. This is a minor storyline tournament (either Winner’s Choice or Name a Follower; the exact nature is not clear). If you are planning to attend and need cards delivered, the usual rules apply, with a deadline for ordering of Friday, 9/3 at 8AM CST.

August 30th, 2010We’re in the process of reconciling inventory on cards of all rarity levels, so if you’ve noticed that some cards are out of stock, even at the common and uncommon rarities, check back frequently as we are restocking wherever possible. Glory of the Empire, Celestial Edition, and Path of the Destroyer cards have recently had a massive restock, and more will follow soon.

Full inventory of EaW must wait until the official release by AEG (date yet to be announced), but some scattered inventory may make its way online from the preview packs sold at GenCon 2010.

On vacation for GenCon Indianapolis 8/4-8/9: Get your orders on site
July 29th, 2010For those who will be attending GenCon Indianapolis 2010:
Like all other tournaments we attend, you can place an order with us and pick it up directly from Jeff at GenCon Indianapolis. He will be available starting Thursday morning to deliver your cards to you near the L5R CCG tournament area.
Since this is a four-day convention, the site is effectively “on vacation” for any mailed orders between Wednesday 8/4 and Monday 8/9. The last day on which you can place and pay for an order to be mailed will be Tuesday 8/3, and you must place your order by 10:00 PM CST.
If you plan on picking up your order at GenCon, you MUST include that in the notes field when checking out. Orders to be picked up may be either prepaid with PayPal, in which case your shipping will be refunded to you, possibly on site, or paid on site with cash. You can place a GenCon pick-up order up until 8:00 AM CST on Wednesday 8/4.
Catch up with Jeff at GenCon to get cards you might not have been able to order in advance. He will have cards available for sale (and in some cases trade), and will even inspect collections for purchase if you are looking to offload your Celestial-legal stuff.

On vacation 6/25-7/5 (Thunder Bay, Ontario Kotei) — some orders will ship during this time
June 23rd, 2010DocAngst.com is in vacation mode between Friday, June 25th and Monday, July 5th due to travel related to the Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada Kotei. Regular shipping will resume Tuesday, July 6th. Orders may be placed for hand-delivery at Thunder Bay through 8pm CST on the evening of June 24th.
Additionally, during this period a limited number of orders will be able to be shipped. Orders involving Celestial-era expansions only (Glory of the Empire through The Plague War) will be possible to ship; orders involving any earlier cards will not be shipped until normal shipping resumes. Priority Mail orders will be honored within 2 business days of being placed during this vacation period if they are qualifying orders.
The Plague War now available
June 4th, 2010The newest L5R expansion, The Plague War, is now available for ordering. Full spoiler text for the set has been uploaded onto the site as well as a fully-stocked inventory of all such new cards. Please note that the St. Louis Kotei will prevent new orders from shipping until Monday, June 7th; however, TPW cards will be on sale during Jeff’s attendance at that event.
